JANE LATMAN is president of Twist Media, a production label launched in 2024 under Wheelhouse Entertainment. Twist dives into and uncovers the truth behind crime stories and layered investigations. Twist balances a slate between premium limited doc series and renewable anthology series, telling stories that pique curiosity, take audiences on an unexpected journey, and explore the complexities of human nature. Twist's credits include Who is Luigi Mangione for HBO Max/ID and the 3-part series for ABC News Studios, Capturing Their Killers: The Girls on the High Bridge.

Prior to this, Latman was on the founding team of true crime cable network Investigation Discovery - the #1 network for women for 7 years running - where she led creative development and strategy as part of the leadership team. During her 20-year tenure at Discovery, she rose to become President of both HGTV and Food Network. At HGTV, Jane's content strategy delivered buzzworthy tentpole series, increased diversity on-air, and expanded the roster of franchises and fan favorites.

Jane launched many of the ID's top hits, including Homicide Hunter: Lt. Joe Kenda, On the Case with Paula Zahn, A Crime to Remember, the American Murder Mystery franchise, Killer Instinct with Chris Hansen, Vanity Fair Confidential, Deadline: Crime with Tamron Hall, Reasonable Doubt, Disappeared, and In Pursuit with John Walsh. She also developed the critically acclaimed documentary film Into the Abyss and subsequent television series On Death Row with legendary filmmaker Werner Herzog, as well as Killing Richard Glossip with Joe Berlinger.
